We need to push for a world that just doesn't care about that sort of thing. We don't currently care about how many left-handed CEOs there are. I see race and other factors in the same way.

Or sexuality, then there are already institutions that can deal with that.
I find the notion that there can be "too many" of a type of person discrimatory in and of itself and the active searching or forbidding someone from joining an institution because of the circumstances...

I'm genuinely trying to understand DEI. To me, it seems like it must discriminate to work. If I have this wrong, please let me know and explain what I'm missing.
