This idea that just because people aren't currently employed you can get them to do social care work. 🤦‍♀️ Early years is a role with lots of care aspects and similarly low wages. But we still struggle to recruit because (a) it's tough work and (b) you have to actually care about the children!

Here’s a thread on how I cut household bills by £240/month. When I was on parental leave I had the time to research and switch every contract to cheaper and better services. It’s a bank holiday so if you’ve time, do any of these and save ££. (Referral codes included but I use all of these myself.)
