thing is he is not wrong - I am a carer, q a skilled one. I have just received my first pay rise in 4 yrs, why? Because of cheap migrant labour. The care companies are making a fortune. Until last year migrant carers could be employed at much less than min wage legally.......

It's to replace Air Force 1 which is 30yrs old (end of life). He's waiting on Boeing to provide a new one, but they haven't so the cheapest interim fix is to buy 2nd hand something already fitted out to Head of State lvl.
