How much can the 2-year running mean for the global surface temperature anomaly go down in the future from a past high point? The record drop is 0.273°C, from a past high GMST anomaly of 0.724°C (Nov. 21, 1991) to a future low GMST anomaly of 0.451°C (Mar. 26, 1994).
