Thank you for this! I sat down tonight and spent an hour writing for the first time in years. I didn't worry if it was great or if everything was correct, I just wrote. It felt great. Getting it out of my head and onto the screen was what I needed.

It's why I rarely watch TV anymore. I watch shows to be entertained. I hate reality TV. I like football but watch the red zone. I used to have shows I watched each night of the week but not anymore. I like NCIS. How long till that is on the chopping block. I also liked the show Irrational.

I didn't think I was getting anywhere and then started noticing things were fitting differently. I bought an XL NCIS cast and crew hoodie off of eBay and used it as an incentive to keep going. Tried it on a few days ago. It's tight but it actually fit! Gave me the push I needed to keep going.

Keep going Ben! I am too walking to lose weight and working on it. A year and half ago I was in size 4X tops and only stretch knit shorts and pants. Today I fit in a 1X top and size 22 jean shorts. I'm 62 so this is a workout for me! You're an inspiration!
