Oh - this is a good one - even if I did knock over my first bowl of chopped garlic and ginger and had to start all over again… Nikumiso Pork on rice with steamed green beans and jammy ramen eggs. Aspen is raving over it ❤️ The recipe for the Nikumiso Pork is below. 🍽️🍴

This turned out good and definitely is hitting the spot. Pan fried thin cut pork chops and I made kind of a sauce with asparagus and chopped portobello mushrooms and onions in a lemon butter sauce over jasmine rice 🍽️

Tonight I made beef curry with potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions, turnips, and peppers. I made gf cous cous with lemon, olives, onions, dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. On the side are steamed carrots with honey and mint. Yum!❤️😋🍽️🍜
