I come from wine country.
My advice to myself is to brown it, set it aside, and add it at the very end of any given recipe. I havenβt tried that yet, but it has to be better than what transpired in my kitchen.
It is kind of like a thick spaghetti sauce!
So, I did. I was mostly the dinner cook, after that. πππ
My dad used to tease her by saying, βWell, I loved this β and will probably never see it again!β
Just needs a good crusty garlic bread as a way to sop up every last bit...
