3/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Using this recipe as a guide but changing a few things:
▪️ fresh peas instead of frozen
▪️ swap celery for leeks and parsnips
▪️ mix of king oyster and brown beech mushrooms (cooking with wine and butter)

Do this. It's so, so simple, and they'll steal the show. I cut the sugar by a 1/3 (I prefer them more tart), and the leftovers are amazing over vanilla custard.

I’m bringing prime NY Strip steaks that I will cook extremely rare on a blazing hot cast iron. I’m also doing “chaos pairings” with a box of wine and improvisation.

5 lbs. potatoes (russet or red)
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
8 oz. sour cream
¼ cup minced green onions
½ cup butter, softened
½ Tblsp. salt
In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Thoroughly mix in the sour cream, butter, onions and salt.
