They used to be more reliable than UPS. Maybe 2010ish?

Now the USPS is better. For private shipping, I'd rank them:

DHL
UPS
A random bird
Two coyotes fighting
A donkey with a saddle bag
Three raccoons from your attic

Oh, man, I’ve NEVER had a good experience with DHL. UPS is pretty okay in this area—but when they snafu it’s an Event. USPS is still best around here, though I’ve noticed significant degradation since DeJoy was installed.

They all have wonky phases. I love tracking my packages on USPS... and watching them bounce between 2 local hubs a few times before someone puts said packages on a correct route.
