A divided three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled this past week that Texas was allowed to sue the Biden administration in a case that could limit the federal government from enforcing immigration law as it chooses.

Texas situation is the other way around more or less but the ruling is broad and applies to all states.
However, one very basic question that I had (pure naivety on my part) is whether Eagle Pass is considered Federal or State land and whether by law or custom is Border Patrol allowed access through it?
