When someone tells you they have a hidden disability (like autism/adhd) and your 1st thought is that they don't look like they have that disability... the correct response is not to question if they have the disability but rather to question your understanding of it. That is all.

It’s such a weird thing to say to someone.
Autism would be at most an unimportant comorbidity, though autism is often confused with sociopathy, psychopathy and narcicism which I bet he rather has.
As does he not have any obvious wish for routines etc ppp.
It sounds like the unspoken message is, "You must to not have it so bad, since you appear normal." But I'm on a high dose of Abilify which takes the edge of the symptoms.
