I'm very wary of social media "you might be [insert here] if" videos because they elicit confirmation bias in people who haven't done research on diagnoses.
But it's always been as much in private as possible.
I feel I should process that alone and wait to regain my thinking.
I very rarely cry in front of anyone.

Never was promoted.
I had to help write down all of what I'd been doing as a temp agency administrator, so I could officially became a data manager.
I'll never forget that.

3. I can't modulate, so people have to strain to hear me, even when right next to me. And I just keep getting quieter and quieter.
I will sometimes not be able to hardly speak at all, speak quietly or too loud.
I take it for granted everyone feels like I do and I just need to stop being so soft.
And yet I'm so hard on myself.
It's very confusing.
