Recommendations? I don't have like... Infinite money. But if you wanted to build a micro library of trans literature, where would you start? As in a broad sample of the impactful and significant work. I have some, but definitely mostly ebooks, and I haven't been systematically collecting
Definitely start with Trans/Rad/Fem, it's likely to be the first targeted. Whipping Girl is another way up there on the list. If inclined to, feel free to get my book too, but I urge you to get the two I've mentioned by name first. They're the most pivotal and broadly influential "sacred" works.
The other possible solution with ebooks is buy drm free if possible or drm strip the ones you've bought where not. Which a Google search can provide some info on.
Entire world history and all the books ever written can fit onto 1 TB microSD card carried under your tongue while you cross the border chased by police stormtroopers
it was really fun grabbing a book from amazon recently (only place it was sold) and jumping through like five hoops just to get a copy i could actually read
(download the kindle program for your pc- no, the older version. now download these calibre plugins....)
Obviously we should be buying paper copies and financially supporting authors, but we should also be backing up digital copies. They’re easier to store en masse and distribute too.
