I’m a bit obsessed with suddenly spaghetti. I ate more than my share of it as a kid and it’s a bit weird to me that nothing occupies this evolutionary niche today. Every time I pass a ramen section I unconsciously scan anything with a red frame on the packaging…
Tony Danza stars as a gruff restauranteur who hatches a scheme to save his failing business by turning it into a foster home. Suddenly Spaghetti, Thursdays at 8, only on UPN!
Not yet, but what I can tell you is that they launched in 1978 with 4 flavors (meat, meatless, cheese, and mushroom), a spin-off of "Spaghetti to Go". In 1979 they were embroiled in an issue with the FDA, since per the Standards of Identity, they were not actually "spaghetti"!
Suddenly Salad still exists! I only know because I bought a multipack at our regional Costco knockoff on a whim and almost immediately regretted the purchase. They're still in my pantry under a fine layer of dust.
this puts me in mind of the Chef Boyardee Spaghetti Dinner Kits, which my wife introduced me to on my first visit to the US in 2000 and had entirely vanished from grocery stores by the time I moved there in 2001.

Buldak makes one you can get at H mart but it’s much spicier. And I think Nissan makes a cup noodle version called “tangy tomato”
