Wut? I know of several backyard flocks that have lovely lives. Protected from predators, fed a wonderful variety of tasty treats, get to roam around searching for buggy bites, and sleep in a veritable chicken palaces.

FYI, the eggs are AMAZING!
(And the chickens are loved!) No torture involved.

I’m talking about industrial farming. All industrial farmed chickens are tortured merely by the fact that they are forced to produce way more eggs than is natural to their bodies. Their lives are cut way short.And eggs are LOADED with cholesterol. One egg has more cholesterol than an 8 ounce steak.

This will impact almost every food product. For example, Pasta, cake batter, ice cream, cookies, and salad dressings are all products sold with eggs.

Everything is going to increase - and that is before the imposed tariffs!
