Sorry I donβt take tarot readings from strangers on the internet. But if you found this post, its for you. I have a message from your ancestors they told me to tell you *puts hands over mouth and makes a long fart noise*
fr ive had this idea for a bracket 1 deck for a while now, I hope I can someday make it happen
Flubs the fool, a tarot-but-if-tarot-existed-in-the-color-pie, aka the suits are r/g/u and the deck has to be exactly equal between all three. 33 red, 33 green, 33 blue, all with symbolism, and playable
id allow for some slots to be tri-color but dual-color cards have to be very limited and also exist in equal parts. Like command tower fits so easily as "the Tower" in tarot terminology that it just slots right in, but then we gotta have two other gold cards to make up for the lost space.
Gah! And the only experience of YuGiOh I have is the YouTube video YuGiNo, so this makes it hurt even more, you attacked my life points directly: "Don't do that!"
Excuse you! Drillroid is good in Reaper format since its a 1600 beater, which is fine, but it also is the only one like it that pops both face up AND face down monsters so it stops flip effects like MoF, Lacooda, and Morphing Jar >:/
π€βοΈ um ackshually Lacooda states that it must be flip summoned so attacking into it with any monster will stop the draw next turn, thatβs why PAC-MAN played an egregious amount of stopping attack cards, so they could get the draw more effectively
I rescind my previous comment, apparently the way it used to play has been changed in the last few years and it does act like you say now. Go Drillroid.
Having played during regular format being goat, I donβt want to go back to that but Edison is fast and fun and not overly complex like modern yugioh. I could be down for reaper, I played Bazoo and Warriors when they were new lol
Reaper was huge a while ago but slightly fell off. Its literally just Goat format but with 1-2 more packs to work with iirc. Edison is near peak middle ground between fast combos and slower games, but I feel SLIGHTLY after Edison is when yugioh was truly perfectly balanced. So like early Xyz around
Its so funny seeing this cuz I spent my whole day before work building a full deck only to realize the commander works differently than I thought and the deck totally doesn't work at all. I'll just convert it into Ur-dragon but yeah I definitely had a yugioh card kinda day

I guess I should continue loading the shot gun.
