Those people don't care *why* they are being helped.
Not wishing to dis Annalise Dodds in anyway but Ministers resigning on principle rather than in disgrace are very quickly forgotten.
If we still had a Tory govt, this wouldn't even be on the front pages tomorrow.
Shameful.
Meanwhile, the country will judge Labours' performance at the next election.

It’s not damning to Starmer politically. Not with the main parties, not with the public.
Let’s hope, as the song goes “things can only get better “ the alternatives are just too awful to contemplate.
Anneliese feels strongly about this and puts her case eloquently and strongly.
It doesn’t make her right though.
