After taking unprecedented (illegal) access to federal data systems, DOGE has found basically no substantial waste, fraud, or abuse.

They've lied a lot but come up quite empty in reality.

The "waste" is in what's legally authorized - the subsidies to hugely profitable firms in Big Ag, Big Oil, Big Pharma and in military procurement. But that "waste" also creates jobs. Fox viewers don't (and maybe can't) understand why these functions are critical. Example: "We don't need NOAA; we can get weather forecasts from non-gov't sources." Try telling them those sources rely on NOAA and they'll just tune it out w/ "that's impossible"

My best guess is continued dialogue. Lead with dismantled programs that are obviously critical: social security offices, air traffic controllers. But also keep going. Fox didn’t get them here in a day.
