Bro, I threw away my 1/4 tsp measuring spoon because there's no point in having one that small.
At a minimum, I quadruple the spice of these.
If you follow the recipes you just end up with flavourless crap.

However, I make this, Google a recipe for million dollar bacon. I'll make up a half pound of so at a time, wrap it in parchment paper and put in a container. Can pull out what you need, warm it in the microwave, and it'll transform an egg/cheese bagel. 😋
