The pizza place i order from doesnt have a website and theyre outright mean unless youre a regular and i think more businesses should operate this way.

used to have a sushi place like that in nashville. it held like maybe 5 people and if you annoyed him for any reason he would close the entire restaurant. you tried to bring 3 people, you talked too loud, you asked for soup, lunch is over
I lived down the street from the worst rated gas station in Minneapolis and I fucking loved that place, if you were a regular there they would just give you shit for free, smoke you up out back but they HATED everyone else
There was a gyro place I used to go to that was run by a couple Egyptian guys who if they didn't like you would just scream at you in Arabic until you left but once a regular walked in they were like "Ahh my friend! Two gyro meal with fries for you?"
I just called and missus picked up the phone and said 'we're too busy right now call back in a half hour or go somewhere else' and hung up before i could say anything.
I used to run a pizza place in my college town in the 90s. I ran it like this. I had a blacklist of names of non-tippers who I wouldn’t take orders from. If you were a repeater (What do you want? What do we want?) I’d tell you to figure it out and call back.
