‘Inclusiveness’ and ‘Equitableness’ are made-up jargon words. The correct words are ‘inclusion’ and ‘equity’, or better yet, ‘equality’.
Also regarding ‘Mx’, these made-up pronouns were never going to fly. The LGBT community has long since settled on ‘they/them’.
