Possibly in the same way I do. It's a spirit dick. A metaphorical schlong if you will. And i can guarantee mine is bigger. For the solitary reason of I EARNED MINE.
I also have brass balls but that is another story entirely 🤣
This is meant to come off humorously but I'm british 😅
They tried to reproduce the lightning in a bottle (pun intended) that was the gameplay because of how amazing it was.
Not a big fan of all the characters and kind of a slow-burn story, though.
Hated every mainline FF after FF XII so I switched to FFXIV which actually felt like a super duper long mainline FF. Won't suck any dick though. The series feels like it's folding under it's own legacy of tropes and constraints.
A huge chunk of creative direction went to Mistwalker. They tried so many different stuff. Fantasian was awesome, and hopefully my buddies at Sandfall will carry the torch with Clair Obscur Expedition 33 🐦🔥
I wish they'd had a clearer vision for what the trilogy would be about (in particular, it would be nice to have more connection between Bhunivelze and the orginal fal'Cie), but I have also logged hundreds of hours on all three games (mostly on Lightning Returns) so whatever they did obviously worked
I really liked the combat system and the world exploration was breathtaking at times. The party characters all kinda sucked though (I started wincing reflexively whenever a cutscene started) and the music was bland and forgettable, which is a cardinal sin for a Final Fantasy game.
Imma be honest i don't really like the action time combat system. And that is probably the only reason I didn't finish the game. I like the story, the level design, the difficulty, characters etc etc but you just can't like it if you don't like the combat
I liked the story and the gameplay does get good, but it does take 20 or so hours for that to happen which is a real tough sell for most people even big JRPG heads
😰 this is a conundrum.. I mean I'd really like to fo the second thing mentioned but at the same time I really don't have anything against 13 I mean it's above Mystic Quest and all on my FF chart
But still... I have a oral fixation... this is tough.
XIII is my favorite, too, in terms of battle mechanics, the world, and art direction. It felt unique and different from everything that came before or after it. And sure, it was linear, and the story was convoluted, but I loved it.

Bring it on! (Not actually trying to be toxic, just trying to have some fun)

I love the entire trilogy
I'd love to hear why you thought it was great? Maybe I'll give it another try. It's been a while after all. 😊
I love 16 and plenty of people don't like it. It's all gooooood 😎👍
