FY2024 legislative mandates remain in effect. NGL I am intensely curious what happens with these if Congress does a major restructure of NIH, which presumably would require a major restructure of appropriations language.

My best guess is that we'll be looking at another full year CR in FY26. I just cannot see them getting regular appropriations through. I also am starting to doubt any major NIH structural "reform" will pass Congress.
