People talking loudly on their phones
People leaving food crumbs all over computer keyboards
I try not to spend time there except to make a print out &geta book.

And also, +1 from someone (me) who appreciates and sometimes needs specifically the quiet that libraries provide.
Any pat on the back at all is nice. We're lucky. The kids are great and when I open, I try to get there early (7:30ish) so the ones that arrive before 7:45 can come in and sit inside the library. It gives them a safe space to wait.
That’s so lovely. In this world of war & grief, so wonderful to find the gold nuggets of kindness & appreciation, keeps us all going, shows that good will always triumph.
