Individual actors in the city have so much power to block anything they don't like, to the detriment of the rest of the city. Forest Hills has been having shows since Dylan went electric!

To be honest, I'm kinda with them in one respect. Not the noise thing; I lived down the block from a fucking fire station in Ditmas Park for 10+ years they can kiss my ass on that. No, what I really wouldn't want is the fucking Nitrous Mafia skulking around my street after the shows.
