I went running at midnight once and it started raining so I stopped under a businesses awning and a cop stopped me and said I wasn't running cause I didn't have the right shoes on.
I have been trying to walk as fast as I can for the first 5 or so miles of my walk and I’m doing 14 minute miles so I’m getting close, it’s just a matter of getting the shoes and purposely doing it
I like doing the occasional HIIT burst when I have the energy (got wrecked pushing shortly after covid x1). Occasional balls to the wall sprint went from a very nasty time to reliable endorphine release pretty quick
nice, the way you talked about enjoying walking around on doughboys the other week really encouraged me to get actively moving each day and I'm really feeling the benefits, so thanks!
