WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt just clarified on X that the rescission of the OMB memo was simply to get the federal court case to go away, not lifting the funding freeze on anything that goes against Trump's EOs

translation: "please stop yelling at me for the thing i want to keep doing"

I guess the biggest question out of all of this, are the checks still being cut or not? Are the bank account numbers increasing? It's one thing to say 'ignore the white house. resist and work like nothing changed.' But seriously, is the money still flowing?
