Just read your review, which hits on so many of the things that grabbed me and how it fits into the previous ASP shows. So good! I still can't believe Lou de Laâge didn't know much English before this because the way she commands their dialogue.

I'm so glad they brought luke kirby back. I always wished they'd gone further with their revisionist history on maisel and not had him die prematurely. the scenes with him and midge were the best of the series.

That is balances the Paris and New York threads so well (and I rarely wished I was in the other city) is a miracle. ASP has so many repeat collaborators in this one, but I definitely need to mention choreographer Marguerite Derricks, costume designer Donna Zakowska and DP David Mullen.
