Tuned into the Queen Anne Community Council where residents are arguing that the city should pull back on its plans to expand the Queen Anne urban village because the neighborhood is a "topographic island" and there are no hospitals in the neighborhood.

Queen Anne has had an urban village since the 1990s, which is being renamed to an urban center and expanded.
