Watched Die Hard for the first time in a while, and there’s so much Christmas in it.
-McClane asks Argyle for Christmas music
-Trimmed tree in Nakatomi Plaza
-Office holiday party
-“Now I have a machine gun, ho ho ho”
-Christmas soundtrack
Not arguing what makes a Christmas movie. An observation.

Home Alone was Die Hard with a kid. No one says its not a Christmas movie.
I thought the final gift was appropriate - Gruber falls to his death just as the Christmas bells start ringing (the sound was obscured by the overblown soundtrack orchestration in the movie.)
Definitely a Christmas movie. Yippee-Ki-Yay ...
-Germans hate Christmas
-Nakatomi is Japanese for "Santa"
-Sgt. Powell's squad car is decorated with lights...
Also, I looked up Desk Set and learned it was written by Nora Ephron’s parents!
One of my favorite Christmas films of all times.
Was told to rewatch it…It’s a Christmas Movie!
It’s a subtle one, for sure, but there’s too much emphasis on Christmas throughout the entire thing for it to not be one!
