Why are they listing Gen X as ages 45-64? I was born the earliest Gen X year of 1965 and I only turned 58 in September.

And the youngest Gen Xers would be 42 (mid-late November or December births) to 43, not 45.

To some degree, they're probably using the Straus-Howe definition which starts Gen X in 1960, which they say is when US culture became strongly anti-child (which they see as key to the Gen X upbringing).
