It’s 2029 and the Labour government has been re-elected after fixing the NHS thanks to a windfall from porn, gambling, and Warhammer revenues that everyone is too embarrassed to mention.

Someone tried to explain to me why Warhammer is the antidote to Andrew Tate and is benefiting mental health at a time when govt resources are scant as well as getting people into town centres.
TBF it's not like Warhammer messed about with diesel defeat devices while its Chinese rivals perfected electric Warhammers. (This may be why I am not a Department of Trade policy adviser)
New Labour policy: “Wot's faster than a warbuggy, more killy than a warbike, and flies through da air like a bird? I got no bleedin' idea, but I'm gonna find out.”
Look, there's already a problem with nerds publishing confidential information about Forces equipment in order to win arguments about how to paint minis on Reddit, we don't need to add Official MoD kits to the mix
Id argue 18 to keep it inline with alcohol and tobacco (which btw I would outlaw). The main win being that prohibition essentially keeps prices high and enables criminals to make money and evade tax. It also criminalises a huge range of pharmaceutical and production products.
Without being full “protesting too much” I genuinely have no idea what the age demographics are for those three! I imagine they’re older than you’d expect?

Maybe vape shops are the new biomed?
Maybe we should nationalise it?
Underling: “They have huge capital requirements, razor thin margins, and are regulated safety products so can destroy the company if they kill.”
Techbro: “Oh. Then let’s make miniature orcs!”
New Hampshire is the only state with out sales or income tax, So it relies on Sin taxes
Old Joke: NH relies on bets beds booze & 'bacco

Allowing for the terrific joke in (the force behind them) Lord Fisher's Coat of Arms motto:
"Fear God and dread nought"
The legalisation would also allow for huge utilisation of hemp based products for distribution in various industries. (Building/textiles/etc)
But culturaly, it'd be better too, less alcohol trouble, more chilled people.
Personally I'd legalise it fully for anyone over 25.
Allocate a portion of the tax revenue into mental health services.
Lots of wins.
Hemp is amazing, strong and grows quickly etc. Versatile. Could solve problems.
Think we're essentially on the same page 🙌
(Sorry, I tried to to resist, but it was too perfect)
