This is stupid, everyone knows what the 22nd Amendment means, which is that you can't run three times. Laws only work to the extent that we agree to follow them and dignifying idiotic word games like this is tantamount to agreeing that the laws don't matter.

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.
Also, I really doubt that Don Jr could be trusted to step down after being elected. Why should he?
