Those "ai detectors" are trash. Zoom in on the poster in the top left. You can clearly tell that it says "brain", "stomach", "liver", etc. AI would've made it weird nonsense symbols rather than real words heavily blurred. This is clearly a real image with heavy bokeh.

Yeah, I would agree with that. But in my opinion, there's no obvious artifacting that would indicate AI. I don't see any extra fingers on the 3 visible hands, there's no nonsense words, there's no weird spots where things are melding together where they shoudn't, etc. So I don't believe this is AI
