There was a headline in our local paper (TN) yesterday about how our local food banks will be hurt by this. But what was just as horrible were the people saying,”Good. Now those getting handouts will have to get a job.” Food insecurity is bad in this area & there are many reasons for it. ⬇️

Most funding was from public grant allotment set up years ago for food banks.
GOP did 1 thing.
Pissed off the ultra rich with this halting of ultra wealthy grant programs.
Do not touch my grants.
I will manage grant funds myself from now on.
US Government no longer collects 15% distribution fee.
