Based on Holyrood, they want to use it straight away. The irony is this might kill it.
Some aspects were predicted, like 1984's versificator. It's not an exact match but close enough, it was meant to take the act of creative work out of human hands and simultaneously keep the proles in check. Generating news, songs, movies, etc.

We do have higher functions as well but we learn very well from examples vs. abstract arguments (for eg).
I am neutral on this but when I see that statement it seems more like an assertion than an evidenced position.
