Reading that the university's leadership proactively reached out to ICE seems inconsistent w/ the role of the university & its obligations to its diverse student population—including more than 2.5k on visas. Seems like $GEO's profit over FAU.

[Note: Ari Odzer worked at WPEC when my brother interned there in the late-80s and we later developed the "Sunday Sports Wrap" show for CBS12 w/ Jon Frankel. On FAU, in the 90s, I deposed the university's president. It ended when he bolted from his conference room & locked himself in the bathroom.]
