Of course they offered no explanation. There is NO LAW when it comes to the TangerineTyrant. He & Musk have paid everyone off or threaten them with termination.
FYI, Trump/Bondi loyalists are currently making a bid to take over the DC Bar: Her brother is running for President and Alicia Long (who I believe is US Attorney Ed Martin's chief deputy right now) is running for Treasurer.
Isn't the law perfectly clear that Trump cannot fire him? If you're going to issue a ruling that contradicts the law, you really should be required to say why. So we can all read just how unqualified a judge you are.
The court's apparent reasoning that there's more risk of irreparable harm to the White House than to Dellinger& those workers rights he's looking out for is dubious. It was a majority conservative panel. Henderson& Walker are conservative judges. I wonder if Dellinger asks for en banc review
Yeah, but the answer to your question sucks - there is no law anymore; there is only fealty and power. Our society wasn't meant to handle this, and we haven't come to terms with the fact that the sole mechanism of societal judgment we have just isn't real anymore
That's fine and well, but it's currently untrue. It doesn't get reestablished by asking really nicely or using the already broken system. Our reality today is different from our reality before.
Oh, that wasn't what I was implying. While I'm being a bit vague purposefully, we need to shift into readying ourselves for a different mode of resistance, and quickly. Things get worse faster than we can react.
It was a majority conservative panel. Dellinger could potentially ask for en banc review by the full DC Circuit which is plurality Democratic appointee majority
The lifespan of the courts is rapidly coming to and end, if they want to do the right thing and save this ship from sinking they best use their position to defend the constitution instead of bend it.

This ruling does not touch on that question. It's about whether or not Dellinger should get to keep his job while the case is being considered.
