I took this photo before my brother's wedding and am now thinking of using it as my author photo for the next book. Do you prefer color or black & white?

The colors are vibrant and the necklace is a great counterweight to the upper half of the portrait.
Solid composition throughout

There's a supernatural element that shines through the images.
This is quick edit from b&w; but, more thoughtful edit can produce wonderful tonal variations.
When editing, Sepia has RGB Color Code: RGB(112, 66, 20). Then, manipulate reds, etc. to meet your preference.
Hoping you and hubby are well!
I kinda feel like most author pics in books are black and white?
