Really good but squeaky guitar chord changes, I battle that all the time with acoustic guitars. Lifting your fingers all the way during fast changes is hard.
I’d like to thank all the white guys of a certain age for showing up and mansplaining how this incredible artist needs to change everything about herself to become even more famous than she is.
And most of you seem to be musicians. Way to let to let the side down lads.
Can we strike a deal? Maybe two albums of pure guitar & voice and then she can do whatever she likes. Oompah bands, nu soul or the inevitable move to Nashville to record a Math Country crossover album.
Few performers make me rush to look them up after just a ten second listen. My wife played this clip in the other room and the hair stood up on my arms.
Emma Harner must be rewarded for her originality.
Totally different genre, time, and feel, but this riff is strongly reminiscent of Jigoku Dayu by Matt Heafy in Ibaraki. Crazy good playing and singing, this is great!
She's good. I hear that Joni Mitchell!
However, my advice to the singer....if you haven't heard from her in two weeks you've been officially ghosted.
Sorry.
Ok, just wow. I still have chills. Not only extreme musical talent on the guitar, but a voice as unique as it is beautiful.
This young lady should go far.
Fascinating! I think this is where Michael Hedges was interested in going musically but never arrived. The balance of the melody and underlying harmony on the guitar alone is great! adding vocals with broad intervals and great pitch is extreme! Wonderful!

Even more so as most of the new (popular) music I hear is a torment.
Does anyone know her name please?
That being said, the Guitar work is incredible & the Voice is super Angelic
I'm glad l stopped on this post. I'll be seeking more of her music

Very haunting

I would love to hear what she can do with a producer and some great sound techs backing her and helping her fine tune her songs.
Maybe a Mellotron or a Buchla Easel. But nothing more.
I just want her to be able to be a professional musician for a living if that's what she chooses. Small gigs won't get here there.
How much further can she take it with the resources?

Very talented! 👍
