Treacherous.
Mostly because it was co-written with the great Dan Wilson.
Also, because it's the only Taylor Swift song I know. 😁
Note: if you haven't seen TS's Tiny Desk concert on NPR's YouTube, do.
She's excellent.
I love Cassandra. Greek mythology is very interesting, and her drawing parallels to her feud. (But I feel like it could relate to the political climate—blood’s thick but nothing like a payroll$
I seriously can't tell one song from another. I'm impressed with her business practices and ability and command of her own affairs. She is truly a very impressive person.
I remember being so confused when I saw peoples initial Midnight rankings and it was always towards the bottom??? That was the first one stuck in my head off the album!
OMG YESSSSSSSSSSS. This song is my favorite lover song and IDC WHAT ANYONE SAYS. There’s just something about it that makes my brain and soul feel good.
After literally thousands of hours my daughter has in̈flicted taylor on me i can ask plz no more. Im not above looping the cars for eternity...I need a freaking break.,thank you for listening
It’s nice to have a friend!!! Apparently people don’t like it?? But the whole song is so “be sneaky don’t get caught even though I know I’m wrong to begin with” cheating vibe bc she sings about a “friend” but is clearly implying something more than that without really saying romance/dating/boyfriend
I would say that her entire catalog is overrated, and I'm not being a hater.. I just don't think she is good.. listened to her top 10 songs to get a feel for what she is all about.. they are boring as shit, very average, whiny lyrics.. I don' t really get it
Listen I'm sure it's not underrated and I don't really listen to pop much but Look What You Made Me Do fills me with villain feelings that make me want to stab a bitch and hunt Sidney Prescott in a way I can't even define.
long story short. It's my fav on evermore, and I don't know that it's considered underrated, but it's seldom mentioned when we share our favs on this album.
OH MY FUCKING GOD YES!!!
How the FUCK does NOBODY talk about this MASTERPIECE of a song.
Same with Eyes Open. Again, how the FUCK are these NEVER talked about. It annoys me to absolutely no end.
Happiness makes me bawl like a child. There’s a lot of love songs and a lot of break up songs but there aren’t a lot of songs where you still care about the person even if you were wrong for each other.
Never grow up and best day. I was so lucky to go to Vancouver N1. I used to sing those songs to my daughter when she was younger, like 4 or 5. She's 21 now.
I’m not sure it’s still underrated, but it was when TTPD first dropped: The Manuscript
It made me ugly cry the first dozen times I heard it. I was really worried she was ready to leave music or at least touring behind to focus on directing. By the time Eras Europe started I wasn’t worried anymore.
August forever! ❤️ So hear me out. I have August lyrics tattooed down my spine. Paris N2 I was at the barrier. During August she literally looked me in the eye and nodded at me. I have it on film. I died dead! RIP me!!

People forget about her and she’s a MASTERPIECE
My life in 3/4 time!
Why?
Oh...
Because she's dead. ☺️
Idk if it’s that underrated but they hittttt

The song aired in an episode of Saturday Night Live on November 7, 2009
2) You need to calm down
“Is it insensitive to say ‘Get your shit together’ so I can love you?” is so aggressively relatable.
It made me ugly cry the first dozen times I heard it. I was really worried she was ready to leave music or at least touring behind to focus on directing. By the time Eras Europe started I wasn’t worried anymore.
it got the single treatment but it should have topped the charts like All Too Well did
