Wonderful news. Love their work. My only very slight niggle is I wish they were showing ‘A Matter of Life and Death.’ Never tire of watching that movie. One of their best IMHO.

I caught this earlier in the year at Glasgow Film Festival and highly recommend it. It's very well put together and Scorsese's knowledge and enthusiasm, as in "A Personal Journey..." really comes across

Some P&P trivia: when Waris Hussein of Dr Who fame was making Passage to India on a 1960s BBC budget, he got in touch with members of the Black Narcissus crew and learned that it had been partly shot at Toad Rock in Tunbridge Wells, which duly became the Malabar Caves.

I wondered where that was! Thanks. His Passage to India is wonderful. I understand the brief film inserts of genuine Indian locations were filmed by Hussein himself on a visit to family in India - so not at the BBC's expensive.
