Police in Rhode Island are saying someone died from fentanyl-laced cannabis based on preliminary drug testing done by the police, and I just want people to remember law enforcement is not qualified to perform drug testing or determine cause of death. It helps nobody to create unfounded drug panics.

Police can and do prelim drug testing and there are a number of ready to use drug testing kits usually for unknown powders and safety. People have been mixing drugs with other shit forever. If you can’t trust your drug dealer who can you trust? Hardly a panic Doc.
