It was the generation Mario Kart truly evolved into it’s own thing with Double Dash
It gave us a terrific trilogy of GTA Games (3, VC and SA)

A great generation! The graphical leap from the 5th generation, PS1, N64, Saturn, was insane.

I'd argue the Dreamcast was a bridge between the 5th and 6th generations. I believe there were games from the N64 and PS1 released on this system as well.

The PS2 and Xbox were revolutionary for me!
