Have you considered that the sheep may be large enough to produce its own gravity and has been more or less captured like the moon in a very low Earth orbit?
The real modern ones, bred for fatness not fitness, sometimes can't stand and suffer broken limbs far far more often than their old breed cousins let alone their wild distant cousins. Simply cruel.
While no expert in the field of aero-Ovis, happy to clear up this simple matter.
This sheep above clearly has no devils grip.
The “grip” tends to pull any sheep down & into the earths core.
Of course having no devils grip is a poor breeding fault as the sheep are prone to hovering.
