While a well-deserved break sounds appealing, taking an entire month off in December could negatively impact productivity and the economy, not to mention the potential impact on healthcare and social services that rely on people's presence.
Yep, but this year in the Philippines, both the 24th and 25th are holidays, the 28th and 29th fall on a weekend, the 30th is also a holiday, then we have the 31st and January 1, also holidays. That leaves the 26th and 27th. We're making bets whether the gov't will declare them as holidays as well.
I don't know about you, but I didn't take any PTO during December, ever.
