Connections fan? 🧠 You’ve got to try Chain-Of-Thoughts! It’s the word association game you didn’t know you needed. Solve today’s puzzle at www.chain-of-thoughts.com.
Didn't like the obscure TV and NBA references at all. There are an awful lot of obscure niches I have absolutely zero interest in, knitting, NBA, and HBO are some of them.
Billionaires — Media — Sanewashing — Trump. There’s your “group of four words” that led to the monumental “mistake” of another Trump presidency. Too bad @nytimes.com and other billionaire-owned media chose to sell out democracy.
not everybody (or me!) knows: television shows, high tech software lingo, sports ball, and science terms. Sometimes I only solve these because I've learned Wyna's red herring proclivities and to google words that might be names of nineties musicians
The New York Times is failed media. Absolute moral and professional failure. @peterbakernyt.bsky.social Hope you enjoy being the right hand of Satan though!
People who aren't inculcated in American culture might have a hard time identifying the connections, as was the case for me today. Since they were the last four tiles I was OK but I had no idea what connected them, and still didn't after the connection was revealed (cable / TV shows, apparently)
Language belongs to everybody 😀 but one cannot demand that the NYT only uses common known clues. I leave the difficult categories last and accept the fact that it's their game and they do as they please. I don't even pay a subscription and I play for free every day, and it is a joy, every day!
Did they? When? I missed it. And every day I read the litany of complaints that the clues are too US-centric... it really makes me smile. I mean, it is the NYT, what do we expect? ah! ah!
Respectfully, I’m trying to imagine the response if an American criticized The Guardian for games that were too Eurocentric. “Typical American” comes to mind.

Mixed up ABC, HBO and Netflix, but got it in the end.
I’m not one to share Connections results…but this AM the bot said my choices were “1 in 1 million”
Though a friend from China once commented on the phrase …
“So what. Where I’m from that means there’s a thousand just like you.”
…and later this AM it was “1 in 9434”
