I always remember a 'fun fact' from my mycology class : that you inhale at least 2000 fungi spores with every inhale. It changed my view of the world forever.

If mushrooms were people, they’d be pacifists. They’d also use the last bit of every resource, like the guys who hold mini funerals for roadkill but then bring it home for dinner. Only mushrooms would probably be vegan, so more like pulling perfectly good apples out of dumpsters to give to the poor.
