Trump was convicted and nothing happened. The courts are "blocking" the OMB payment stops, and nothing has changed functionally on the ground, still no payments getting made.

I still have hope that the courts will take the necessary actions required. If the administration somehow further avoids what is (forcefully) being asked of them, things WILL change functionally on the ground. I still have hope.

What gives your that confidence? Again, we are 13 days past a court ordered halt to the payment stop, yet in today's hearing 5+3 DOJ claimed it didn't know if compliance was even attempted.

Yeah and she issued an injunction. And she was buying very little of what the DOJ was claiming as council for defendant, (the Trump *Administration*) in this lawsuit. Actually pretty strong stuff and she cited precedent from decisions issued by the current SCOTUS.

The order requires a status report due Feb 28th, so we'll see what happens then. I'm still not sure what your point is in responding to people's concerns that the givens will continue to not abide by the Court's decisions by saying "read the documents". I'm not being obtuse here.
