If, as with Trump’s tweets, Hegseth’s Signal texts may be assumed to be official records, would a hypothetical “Sieve Witless” hypothetically sharing the texts with a hypothetical Russian agent, on a hypothetical 18h trip to Moscow be considered, hypothetically of course, to be treasonous?
